Your Own Pathway

About Us

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Poiab Vue is the founder of Your Own Pathway, a global organizational consulting practice specializing in organizational crisis stabilization, trauma-informed recovery, and leadership realignment.

Her work is grounded in trauma-informed systems thinking and organizational leadership, bringing a clinically informed, systems-level lens to complex institutional challenges. Rather than treating surface symptoms, her approach focuses on root causes, ethical rupture, power dynamics, and misalignment that undermines organizational stability.

Poiab’s work spans executive teams, leadership groups, and organizations navigating crisis, cultural rupture, and high-stakes transitions. She is often engaged when traditional consulting approaches fall short and when organizations require both stabilization and long-term realignment.

Through Your Own Pathway, Poiab leads consulting engagements that prioritize ethical leadership, organizational integrity, and sustainable systems by supporting organizations ready to do the deeper work of realignment.

Poiab Vue is the developer of Presence-Based Organizational Realignment (PBOR), a systems discipline that integrates trauma-informed leadership, ethical governance, and organizational dynamics to examine how integrity functions inside institutions.

Poiab Vue holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with advanced training in trauma-informed systems and organizational leadership.

How I Work

Poiab Vue does not optimize organizations. She diagnoses them.

She works as a systems diagnostician, identifying how organizations are functioning, where they are misaligned, and where the structural fractures exist.

Her approach applies a psychoanalytic lens to organizational systems—examining leadership behavior, decision-making, power structures, and culture to understand what is driving outcomes beneath the surface.

This is not traditional consulting. It is not coaching, and it is not advisory based on opinion.

It is systems diagnosis.

Her work is grounded in the Human Systems Integrity (HSI) framework and operationalized through Presence-Based Organizational Realignment (PBOR).

“I make visible what organizations sense but have not been able to clearly articulate.”
