Poiab Vue is a trauma-informed leadership consultant, systems psychoanalyst, and the founder of Human Systems Integrity™ — a systems philosophy that examines what systems produce under pressure, and why.

Poiab Vue is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), trauma-informed leadership consultant, systems psychoanalyst, and founder of Human Systems Integrity (HSI) and Presence-Based Organizational Realignment (PBOR).
Her work draws from clinical social work, trauma-informed practice, systems theory, leadership development, and organizational systems analysis.
