Our consulting work is structured to meet organizations where they are—whether in acute crisis, active recovery, or long-term leadership realignment. Engagements are designed to stabilize disruption, address root causes, and support durable organizational change over time.

Model 1: Crisis Stabilization (0-30 days)

Purpose:

 Containment. Assessment. Immediate leadership support.

Crisis Stabilization:

Designed for organizations experiencing acute disruption, ethical rupture, or leadership crisis. This phase focuses on containment, rapid assessment, and immediate stabilization—creating the conditions necessary for informed decision-making and next steps.

Model 2: Organizational Trauma Recovery System (OTRS) (90 days)

Purpose:

Move from stabilization to repair.

Organizational Trauma Recovery System (OTRS)

A 90-day engagement focused on addressing the organizational impact of unresolved trauma, systemic breakdown, and leadership misalignment. This phase supports recovery through diagnostic clarity, systems-level intervention, and leadership recalibration.

Model 3: Leadership Realignment Integration Framework (LRIF) (12–18 months)

Purpose:

Long-term integration and prevention.

Leadership Realignment Integration Framework (LRIF)

A long-term engagement supporting leadership integration, ethical alignment, and organizational durability. This phase focuses on embedding new leadership practices, strengthening governance, and preventing future systemic breakdown.

 

Engagements are customized based on organizational context, leadership readiness, and scope of need.
