The Moment You Know

This Path Is No Longer Yours πŸŒ‘

Hey hey everybody!

I hope you’re staying warm and grounded this December — and of course, Happy Sagittarius Season to all my Sag babes!! β™οΈβœ¨

As I write this, snow is falling here in the Midwest.

For most of my life, I disliked winter — the cold, the heaviness, the stillness. But this year something shifted.

For the first time, I can see the beauty in what I once rejected. The quiet. The clarity. The endings hidden beneath the surface. ❄️

And I realized why:
A book in me is completing.
A path I thought would be mine forever is no longer one I’m meant to carry.

A lot has happened since my last blog and not the kind you can summarize in bullet points.

The Trip That Broke Me Open

I had planned to take two short weeks off to attend my uncle’s funeral in Oklahoma.
I didn’t anticipate how deeply that trip would move through me — emotionally, spiritually, physically.

Eleven hours in a car.
Grief.
Family patterns resurfacing.
Old memories I thought I’d outgrown.
The weight of goodbye and the shedding of identities that kept me small, unsure, and waiting to be chosen.

When I returned home, I wasn’t just tired.
I was
emptied.
Depleted in a way that only happens when you’ve unknowingly been releasing version after version of who you used to be.

And for once, instead of pushing through, I listened.
I didn’t write. I didn’t create. I didn’t force clarity.

I rested.
And that rest became the birthplace of this shift.

Coming Home to Myself

In the quiet that followed, something clicked.
I began writing everything I know; my years as a Social Worker, a Therapist, my fascination with systems, my understanding of trauma, leadership, and human behavior.

The parallels between family systems and organizational systems finally came into focus.
And something undeniable emerged:

Presence-Based Organizational Realignment (PBOR) πŸ”₯

A consulting discipline grounded in clinical insight, systems thinking, and trauma-informed leadership — created to help leaders and organizations realign, heal, and return to what truly matters.

But here’s the part I didn’t expect:

The identity shift that came with it.

As I was mapping out models and frameworks, another truth surfaced; one I had avoided for years:

I had spent so much of my life waiting to be seen.
Waiting to be picked.
Waiting for someone to recognize my depth, my brilliance, my work.
I kept hoping people would understand what I carried and if I just proved enough, worked enough, or showed enough.

But November gave me a truth I couldn’t unhear:

I wasn’t meant to wait.
I wasn’t meant to beg.
I wasn’t meant to shrink myself in hopes someone else would validate what I already knew.

I had to stop hoping others would see me
and start
being the woman I always knew I was capable of becoming.

That realization was the real shift.
That was the moment I stopped identifying as just a Therapist, just an Empowerment Coach, just “someone with potential.”

I had outgrown those titles.
I had outgrown the version of me who waited for approval.

I had finally come home to myself.

πŸŒ™ December — The Month Between Who You Were and Who You’re Becoming

December isn’t about resolutions.
It’s about honesty.
Completion.
Integration.

From October to December, I didn’t just reflect; I transformed.

And I know many of you have done the same.

This is the month when the real questions rise:

Where have I grown?
What have I learned — even in the moments that didn’t feel like growth?
What have I shed?
What is ready to be released?
Who am I becoming?

The transition from Scorpio → Sagittarius made it clear:

Scorpio burned away what could no longer stay.
Sagittarius arrived asking:

“Okay… what’s next?”

And somewhere in that transition came a truth that settled into my bones:

A part of my path has fulfilled its purpose.

πŸ–€ To Those Who’ve Been With Me From the Beginning — Thank You

You’ve seen my evolution in real time:

Quiet → grounded
Grounded → intentional
Intentional → confident
Confident → bold
Bold → fiery
Fiery → fully owning it

Your presence has allowed me to grow publicly, honestly, unapologetically.

And now I see something I couldn’t see before:

Every blog this fall was preparing me and you  for this moment.

πŸ‚ Not begging for crumbs but celebrating the feast
→ Honoring our own value.

πŸ”₯ Not waiting for permission
→ Refusing to shrink our brilliance.

πŸ–€ Stop explaining, just be
→ Trusting our energy, presence, and voice.

These were not random themes.
They were initiations — stepping stones toward this truth:

Some paths are meant to end. Some identities are meant to be shed. Some versions of you were only meant to carry you this far.

πŸ”₯ To YOU — Walking Your Own Path

This isn’t just my story.
This is your mirror.

You’ve endured your own storms, endings, and awakenings this year.

So let me ask you, with clarity and without hesitation:

What path in your life has already fulfilled its purpose?

What is complete?
What identity is ready to retire?
What belief or dream belongs to a past version of you?

Be honest:

πŸ”₯ A job that once kept you stable but now keeps you small.
πŸ”₯ A relationship you’ve emotionally outgrown.
πŸ”₯ A dream that no longer fits your expansion.
πŸ”₯ A role you’ve outgrown but haven’t named yet.

Here’s the truth:

You don’t need January.
You don’t need permission.
You don’t need validation.

When a path has fulfilled its purpose, walking away becomes an act of power.

Your next chapter cannot begin if you’re gripping the last one with exhausted hands.

And you — yes, you — are far too powerful for that.

πŸŒ‘ When Your Path Is Complete

There comes a quiet, soul-level moment when you realize a path is done.

Not wrong.
Not broken.
Just complete.

Its purpose was to:
βœ” shape you
βœ” stretch you
βœ” challenge you
βœ” wake you
βœ” redirect you
βœ” prepare you

And now?

You honor it.

You close it.
You rise above it.

The past has fulfilled its purpose.

🌟 From Queen to Empress — Your December Ascension

For the past year,  I ended these blogs calling you “queen.”
And queen energy is beautiful — strong, confident, steady.

But let’s be honest:

Queens rule a single land.
Queens govern one territory.
Queens preside over one domain.

And you?

After everything you’ve shed, survived, reclaimed, and embodied this year…Girl....

You are no longer a queen.

You’ve outgrown the crown.
You’re stepping fully into your Empress era.

That's right; an Empress. Why?

Because an Empress doesn’t wait for doors — she builds halls.
She doesn’t hope for alignment — she creates the conditions for it.
She doesn’t cling to the past — she blesses it, releases it, and rises.

And when an Empress feels a cycle closing?

She doesn’t panic.
She doesn’t bargain.
She doesn’t shrink.

She simply rises.

πŸ‘‘βœ¨ Empress: OWN IT

You are not walking into your next season as the woman who hoped, begged, or waited to be chosen.

You are walking in as the Empress
The one who chooses herself, commands her path, and embodies her destiny.

πŸ”₯ The past has fulfilled its purpose.
πŸ”₯ The cycle has completed its promise.
πŸ”₯ And now you — the Empress — walk forward crowned in clarity, wrapped in truth, and armed with purpose.

This is your era of sovereignty.
This is your era of expansion.
This is your era of undeniable becoming.

πŸ–€βœ¨ So, Darling, OWN IT, ONLY AS AN EMPRESS CAN.
